We strongly encourage the use of traditional tools, techniques and mortars. All work is cleaned with Captive Head Vacuum after old mortar has been removed.

We utilise The Captive Head System to drastically reduce salt levels in masonry. The system is sympathetic to soft of flaking substrates, making it ideal for restoration work. The system creates no dust.

Paint on masory can often be removed with a Karcher Steam Cleaner but should be operated by experienced tradespersons. Heritage grade gels can be applied to help soften the paint prior to removing.

Structural cracks can compromise the stability, appearance, and long‑term performance of any building. Our crack repair service uses advanced fibreglass reinforcement rods to restore strength and integrity without introducing unnecessary stress to the structure.

Unlike steel, fibreglass does not heat up or expand in the same way. This makes it far more sympathetic to the building’s natural behaviour, reducing the risk of future cracking.

Our putty is ideal for heritage restoration, limewash painting, or anyone working with breathable, natural building materials. Whether you're a seasoned mason or just curious about traditional finishes, we’re happy to share what we’ve made.

We offer 10L and 20L buckets of aged lime putty, slaked by hand at home.
